poweReports uses the native fields provided by JIRA. However, there are 5 Custom Fields that provide tremendous value to your organization.

• Source - Simple Text Field
• Thematic Category - Simple Text Field

Your organization may have different terms or spellings of the above, which is OKAY, we will modify the reports to accomodate.

As a Client of our Services, you simply need to enable the PowerBI Connector plug-in on your JIRA instance. Then follow the simple Installation Instructions provided here on our site, and send us your URL and token credentials. The poweReports Professional Advisor will do the rest.

All poweReports are hosted on the Microsoft Platform at https://app.powerbi.com  This is a high-power cloud-based application that enables your Team to access this reports from around the world.

The poweReports advisor will provide either one shared login, or individual user logins to the reports based on your contracted needs. Only persons with access to these credentials can access the reports.

NO. We have architected the reports so that each report set is isolated, and each of our Clients is isolated from one another. Only persons with login credentials are allowed to see your report data.

All data is hosted on US-based servers, controlled by Microsoft.

Data is NOT live between JIRA and poweReports. Based on the agreed-to contract, data can be refreshed multiple times per day.  It is also possible to request a manual data refresh if that is in your contract.

Please speak with a poweReport Advisor, we support a licensing agreement that allows organizations that desire to host and control the reports themselves with licensed copies of the report templates.  This allows organizations that have In-House PowerBI expertise to take ownership and control of the customization and maintenance of these reports.

Some organizations need only a one-time analysis to be performed, and do not require the need for hosted reports.  Speak to a poweReport Advisor that can walk you through the process of creating a report portfolio for your Organization.  We would advise this be done once a quarter.

Not a problem. We can accommodate organizations large and small and only want to provide the necessary support that makes sense for the given situation.  Speak with a poweReports Professional Advisor to inform them of the reports you want activated, and which ones are not required.

Not a problem. We can terminate contracts based on the agreed-to terms and conditions. All data will be PERMANENTLY DELETED from the Microsoft PowerBI Cloud service and any other possible copies will be permanently deleted as well.  Data will be destroyed within 24 hours of the agreed-to termination.

NO. Only names and business email addresses which are provided in JIRA. There are NO phone numbers, addresses, ages, gender or PII information in our reports.
